Finanzcleaner is a brand and standard-setting organization built around one mission: bringing transparency, system-thinking, and provable quality to financial advisory — worldwide. The Finanzcleaner GmbH (Mannheim, Germany) is the brand's home company. It is licensed as an insurance broker in Germany (§ 34d GewO) and operates direct client advisory there. Internationally, Finanzcleaner acts as a brand licensor, methodology provider, and certification body — not as a regulated financial advisor. In the United States, Finanzcleaner is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or insurance company under U.S. federal or state law. All licensed financial advisory services in the U.S. are provided exclusively by independently operating Clean Standard Certified Advisors, who hold their own applicable U.S. licenses (e.g., Series 65, Series 66, state insurance license) and act in their own name and on their own regulatory responsibility. Finanzcleaner is not affiliated with FINRA, the SEC, or any U.S. regulatory body. Our Certified Partners are independently licensed and solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance.

Finanzcleaner charges flat fees for its services as disclosed at time of purchase. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or compensation from insurance carriers or financial product providers in connection with our fee-based services. Where Certified Partners earn commissions from product placements, this will be disclosed separately by the respective partner in accordance with applicable state and federal disclosure requirements. There is no hidden compensation structure. Our fee is our compensation — period.

Financial Second Opinion (one-time): Due to the nature of the analysis and associated advisor time, fees are non-refundable once the report has been delivered. If delivery has not begun, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of written request. Service Agreement (annual): You may cancel your Service Agreement at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of the renewal date and no services have been rendered in the new term, a full refund of the annual fee will be issued. No partial refunds are provided for partial-year cancellations. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: service@finanzcleaner.com

Our financial analysis tools use artificial intelligence to benchmark contracts against market data. This AI-generated analysis is intended to serve as an objective reference and starting point for conversation with a licensed advisor. AI analysis does not constitute financial advice, legal counsel, or a regulated financial planning service. Results may not account for your individual tax situation, state-specific insurance regulations, or all relevant personal circumstances. Always review AI-generated findings with a qualified, licensed professional before taking action.

By using our services, you acknowledge that financial documents and personal information you share are processed for the sole purpose of delivering your requested service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data handling is governed by our U.S. Privacy Policy (see /us-privacy). For California residents: you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. Texas: Financial advisors operating in Texas must be registered with FINRA or the Texas State Securities Board. Finanzcleaner itself is not a registered advisor; advisory services are provided by independently licensed Certified Partners. California: Insurance-related analysis is informational only. Any insurance product recommendation must come from a California-licensed insurance professional. Our Certified Partners hold applicable licenses. New York: Nothing in our service constitutes advice regarding New York-regulated investment or insurance products unless provided by a New York-licensed professional. All States: Regulatory requirements for financial advisory vary by state. Our Certified Partners are responsible for operating within their respective state's requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finanzcleaner LLC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income or investment losses, arising from your reliance on our analysis or content. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise). Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration in connection with our services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Effective Date: May 2026
